Tadashi Inuzuka is one of the most popular and richest Politician who was born on September 28, 1954 in Taitung City, Taitung, Taiwan. Tadashi Inuzuka (Quan Zhong Zhi Shi , Inuzuka Tadashi, born September 28th in 1954) is a Japanese politician from the Democratic Party of Japan, an ex-senator of the House of Councillors of the Diet (national legislative body). Born in Tokyo Inuzuka completed his studies at Rikkyo University. He also earned an honorary master’s degree from University of Dallas in the United States. He was first elected to the Senate in 2004, from his Nagasaki district.

In the year 2000, Inuzuka was selected as an aspirant from The Democratic Party of Japan to contest a seat in the House of Representative from the Nagasaki district. In 2004 Inuzuka became a member of his seat in the House of Councillors (equivalent to the Senate in the United States) in the National Diet of Japan. The main goals of his campaign were) to make sure that Japan accepts the International Criminal Court (ICC) 2.) to represent those affected by radiation effects from the atomic bomb 3.) that Nagasaki be focused on investing into local business instead of building inefficient infrastructure. Inuzuka asserts that the long-term negative effects of poorly constructed projects can be detrimental since they only address the problem of short-term unemployment rather than providing an long-term sustainable solution investing in local businesses could help. He has proposed that the government establish the “Nagasaki Fund”–a microfinance instrument to invest in small-scale businesses so that the local population can grow in harmony. The rate of unemployment will go down when the private sector gains its footing in the economy through efficient micro-financing.

Human security is at the middle of his strategy, Inuzuka aims to build an entirely new post-cold war structure for peace in the world and security. As such, he has been successful in his efforts to secure Japan’s accession to International Criminal Court or ICC. Following three consecutive years of arduous campaigning within the Diet, Inuzuka managed to be one of the main factors behind Japan’s accession to the ICC on the 17th of July 2007 during July 17, 2007, the World Day for International Justice precisely nine years to the date of adoption by the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court.
