Kathy Page is one of the most popular and richest Novelist who was born on April 8, 1958 in London, England, United Kingdom. As of June 1, 2023, Kathy has a net worth approximately $5 Million. She has written seven previous novels, which include The Story of My Face (longlisted for the Orange Prize in 2002) and Alphabet (nominated for the Governor General’s Literary Award for fiction in Canada in 2005) and Canada’s Giller Prize shortlisted stories Paradise and Elsewhere (2014) and The Two of Us (2016). The novel she is currently working on, Dear Evelyn, was released in the year 2018 . It was published by And Other Stories in Europe and Biblioasis in North America.

Kathy Page was born on 8 April 1958 in London, U.K. She holds an honours BA in English and Related Literature from the University of York as well as an MA in Creative Writing from the University of East Anglia. In the latter part of 1990 she became psychotherapist, and was employed for a short time in a rehabilitation center for people who use drugs. She is currently at Salt Spring Island with her husband and two children.

Page has also been an academic lecturer at universities (University of London) as well as a distance learning tutor (Open College of the Arts, located in the U.K.), writer in residence (University of Vaasa, Finland, among other places) Writing teacher in workshops (Banff Centre) and carpenter/joiner. Her family relocated in 2001 to Saltspring Island, British Columbia in 2001. She is a teacher of writing on the campus of Vancouver Island University.

Page’s 2002 novel The Story of My Face that was long-listed as a contender for Orange Prize for Fiction in the U.K. Alphabet which was released on the 25th of May 2005, has been shortlisted for the Governor General’s Literary Award in Canada in 2005. The story The Find was published in April of 2010 and was nominated in The ReLit Award in 2011. Her novel, Paradise and Elsewhere is a collection of short tales was released in June of 2014.
