Kadri Veseli (born 31 May 1966) is a Kosovar politician, and was the chairman of the Assembly. He is the head of the Democratic Party of Kosovo, the largest political party in Kosovo’s Government of Kosovo. Veseli was among the leaders and founders of the Kosovo Liberation Army. He was also the chief officer of the Kosovo Intelligence Service, a post-war state-run intelligence organization.
In the aftermath of the 2017 Kosovan elections to the parliamentary seat, Veseli was re-elected as the Chairman of Kosovan’s Assembly on September 7, 2017.
In May of 2016, Veseli became President of PDK through applause. He was elected without votes against and there were no abstentions.

Veseli started his higher education studies in the year 1990 with the University of Pristina Faculty of Agriculture and the Higher Pedagogical School in Albanian Language and Literature Department.
